What we do. Mortgage Rio Financial Services is a loan distribution partner (DSA) for banks and NBFCs. We do not lend money ourselves. We help you compare options, prepare your application and take it to lenders. Every loan is granted by the lender, on the lender's terms, at the lender's discretion.

No guarantee of approval. Submitting an enquiry or an application through us does not mean a loan will be approved. Approval, the amount, the interest rate, the tenure and the charges are decided by the lender on the basis of its own credit policy and your profile, and may differ from anything indicated on this site.

Information on this site. Interest rates, loan amounts, tenures and processing fees shown here are indicative starting figures provided by our partner lenders. They change without notice and vary by applicant. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or financial advice.

Your responsibilities. You agree that the information and documents you give us are true, complete and yours to share. Providing false or misleading information can cause a lender to reject or recall a loan, and is your responsibility.

Charges. Where any fee is payable to us for a service, it will be told to you in advance in writing. Lender charges — processing fees, valuation, legal, stamp duty and similar — are set by the lender and payable to the lender.

Third-party links. This site may link to lender or partner websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, Mortgage Rio Financial Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from a lender's decision on your application.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
